GUEST BOOK

We’ve been family for almost 40 years and we’ve enjoyed many holidays together. I’ll miss Mr Diaz. He was friendly and funny. Rest In Peace.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Amado many years ago and have thought of him often. I wish I had reached out to him more recently. I am the loser in that regard. He was a very nice man and talented architect. Gladys, I extend my deepest sympathy to you and the Diaz family. Sincerely, Jerry

Mr. Diaz was a very good man, a good neighbor when we lived next door to the Diaz family. Always a smile, good-natured, loved to be outside tending to his plants. And we did have fun drinking Cuban coffee and he and my husband Pedro sharing stories of Cuba. He will be missed.

So sad to hear this news…just found out…Amado and Gladys were dear friends for years…we lost contact, but, always kept them in our hearts. Amado was a true gentlemen…so friendly, caring and kind. So sorry you have lost your soulmate, Gladys. Love you always. Carol and mike

We were saddened to hear of Amado’s passing. Our families were intertwined in Cuba. Indeed, Amado’s first professional contract was to design the family home in Havana and he then designed our home here in Savannah! Wonderful memories will comfort us as we hope they will also sustain you.
