Patricia Jenkins Jeffers

Patricia Dell Jenkins Jeffers, 79, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Memorial Health.  She was born May 10, 1942 in Augusta, GA to the late Avery Augustus and Martha Council Jenkins.  Mrs. Jeffers graduated from Savannah High School and was the co-owner of American Electric Company alongside her husband.  She never met a stranger, and was loved by everyone that knew her.  She especially loved her very large family unconditionally.  Patricia had a strong Christian faith and loved the Lord with all her heart.   

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Curtis Griffin.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lavon Jeffers, her siblings, Larry Jenkins (Faye), and Bonnie Church.   Her children, William Gary Griffin (Tessa), Tony Curtis Griffin (Eugene), Cindy Griffin Walker (Gene), and Sheri Michele Huggins (Mike).  Also surviving are the pride of joys of her life, her grandchildren, Leonard Bragg, Kelly Griffin, Nikki Kauffman (Brad), Brandy Perkins (Ethan), Miranda Griffin, Dusty Rawlins (Kevin), Joseph Griffin (Jasmine), Melody Griffin, Kaylee Walker, Candice Griffin (Walt), Matthew Griffin, Cody Walker, Jonathan Griffin, Joshua Huggins, Tony Griffin, and Makayla Griffin.  And her great-grandchildren, Caleb Horn, Carly Horn, Hunter Horn, Ella Griffin, Luca Griffin, Skyler Griffin, William Griffin, Ryleigh Perkins, London Perkins, Judah Perkins, Sawyer Perkins, Emma Walker, Abigail Jackson, Tobias Jackson, Curtis Walker, Kaytence Walker, and William Walker.

The Private Funeral Service for her family to honor and celebrate her life will be held at Fox & Weeks, Hodgson Chapel.   Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
