Tina Marie Johnson, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 28,2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah, GA with her children by her side.

Tina was born in Tampa, FL but spent most of her life in Jacksonville, FL until she moved to Effingham County with her fiancé.

Tina is preceded in death by two of her daughters, Heather Keen and Brandi Carr; her mother, Patricia Singleton (Jim); and a sister, Pamela Crooms.

She is survived by her fiancé, James Fort; father, Allan Crooms (Janie); sisters, Tracy Crooms and Melissa Baxley; a brother, Allan Crooms ll; and her two children, James Langford (Laura) and Samantha Roper (TJ); and 11 grandchildren.

Services will be held in Lake City, FL on January 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
