Doris very gracefully took her rest, leaving us with tears; and the promise that we will be seeing her again. John 5:28,29. Being very spiritually minded, she was confident that nothing could keep her from God’s love. Romans 8:38,39 Her determination to help others spiritually was a reflection of God’s love. He never forgets what she did for his name . Psalms 83:18 Doris rests, while we remember the kindness she showed to all she greeted. She is truly a people person; the identification of a true Christian. We love each other. Please be comforted ,, “Enjoy Life Forever” Love and Prayers, Sandy Wirfs

To: Family & Friends of Mrs. Doris, "Way Back" in the late '60s, I had the privilege of meeting and then becoming lifelong friends with Mrs. Doris and Mr. Kenneth Boice. Images of their friendly smiling faces and memories of their positive spirits of faith & encouragement will always remain with me as preciously permanent "icons" of support & comfort. I thank God especially for their profound statements of faith in the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ as the basis for their salvation. Their lives clearly demonstrated the peace that they found from this personal assurance of eternal life (in accordance with the "tried & proven" integrity of God's Word, The Holy Bible [John 3:16]). It is most comforting to know that, through this same faith, all of us can see Mrs. Doris & Mr. Kenneth again ! It has been even more encouraging to see even more "faith in action" as Mrs. Doris has remained very consistent in her enthusiastic Christian spirit of worship & service as well as remaining to be the same sweet friend to all of us throughout the 20 years since Mr. Kenneth passed away! My wife, Susie & I are equally appreciative. Gratefully, Franklin & Susie Thomas
