Sandra Jane Mock
Passed away on October 23, 2021
Sandra Jane Mock, 80, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Spanish Oaks Retreat. She was born July 6, 1941 to William M. Mock, Sr. and Jane Kieffer Mock. Sandra was a majorette and graduate of Jenkins High School, class of 1959, and attended Armstrong Jr. College. She was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church, a talented pianist and seamstress.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, William M. “Bubba” Mock, Jr. and J. Barry Mock.
Surviving are her sister-in-law, Beverly Waddell Mock, nieces and nephew, Leslie Lambright (Bill), Stephen Mock (Tricia), Whitney Strickland (Micah), Melissa Wiggins, and Jennifer Konarski, Aunt Martha Kieffer, as well as numerous cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Bonaventure Cemetery, officiated by her great-nephew Rev. Jacob Mock.
In remembrance of Sandra, family appreciates any memorials to be given to Bull Street Baptist Church, Calvary Baptist Temple, Hospice Savannah, or charity of your choice.
