Oh Elaine and family, how heart broken we were to read this on line while sitting in La Guardia Airport after our flight to Savannah from Rome was cancelled this past Thursday night because of weather in NYC. We finally made it home late Saturday! Ken and I were on a 10 day European cruise when Elliott passed away! Obviously, we would have been there at the service if we had been in Savannah! Elliott was such a wonderful neighbor, always kind and very humorous to be around. We could always count on him to be a man of “principle” and good faith and we were blessed to have been his friends. He enriched the lives of so many and helped make Savannah a better place! He will be missed!❤️ Our sincere condolences to the entire family! Ken and Dian Brownfield

I just wanted to say how very much I loved Elliott. When I owned my sign business, Banana Graphics, years ago, Elliott was one of my staunch supporters both as a customer, a friend, and helping a young woman-owned business in a man’s world in Savannah. I will never forget after birthing our son, the beautiful gift he brought (a gorgeous ensemble from Punch and Judy). So thoughtful and kind, always upbeat and positive, it’s people like that that make a difference in a life whether they know it or not. Sending love
