Gloria Newman Summerlin
June 01, 1947 - August 29, 2021
Gloria Newman Summerlin, 74, died peacefully at home on Sunday, August 29, 2021, with her loving daughter, Dottie by her side.
Per Gloria’s request and because of these trying times there will not be a memorial service.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Summerlin.
In addition to her daughter, Dottie Gaudry, “Mama Glo” as she was affectionately called by many, is survived by her daughter Allison Summerlin Moss; sister, Aliene Archer; brothers, Richard and Ashton Newman; grandsons, Joshua Salter and Cole Moss; granddaughter, Addison Moss; and many nieces nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Gloria’s memory to Hospice Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416
