GUEST BOOK

I love and miss you. You have always been in my life, loving and giving. You were there for me and my children though the good and bad times. I will never forget the trips, we went on with you and mom. You gave with love and kindness, never asking for anything in return. Rest in peace, will always think about you and mom. Love you with all my heart.

It is my deepest regret to learn that Mr David Tartt passed away. He will be be truly missed. He was the kindest, lovely and positive person anyone could’ve had in their life. He was my Supervisor at the USACOE from 1994 to 2008. He was family. My grandson RiJhaun Maxwell and Mr Tartt had a special bond on the first time they met. Me Tartt called my grandson his adopted grandson.
