So sorry for your loss Debbie. A kinder person you’ll never meet! I’ve never met a more positive guy. Knowing him was my pleasure!

- Claudette Tucker, Port Wentworth , Ga

Debbie, It is a shock to learn of Joe's passing. He was a hell of an engineer and a self-taught computer wizard. He was a "wild and crazy guy" , but loveable! While employed together in the Corps of Engineers Savannah Soils Section, our group used to have some wonderful times together, and Joe always brought his fun and revelry to the occasion. He will be sorely missed. With fond memories, Ben and Patty Foreman, Savannah, GA

- Foreman, Savannah, GA

Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about Joe. He was a very special person with a great sense of humor. I've been gone from Savannah a couple of years now, but still try to keep up with my "Corps family". Just know you'll be in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you!

- Annette Parker , Decatur, GA

I am so sorry to hear about Joe. Prayers for your family.

- Gwen Parker, Canton, GA

Debbie, I can not believe it. We think we will live forever and we don't. Joe was a genius and a nut, what a combination. You did not want to challenge him when he was serious; and you could not help but cry tears of laughter when he told stories. In my heart, I know Joe is sitting with a group of angels laughing at his war stories. I cannot help but smile when I think of the fun times and stories we all had together. It hurts that Joe is gone, but he left us some great memories. Hold to those memories; the memories that made Joe so special to you and everyone he touched. Love, Ricky

- Ricky Truluck, Rincon, GA
