Celebrating the life of

Ralph Paul Cetchovich

Passed away on February 06, 2021

Ralph Paul Cetchovich

Ralph Paul Cetchovich, 89, died peacefully under the loving and devoted care of Spanish Oaks Retreat & Hospice on Saturday February 6, 2021 following an extended illness.

Ralph was born on Daufuskie Island, South Carolina in 1931.  He retired from Union Camp after 48 years of working as an electrician.  His favorite things included, eating a good meal, tinkering around the house, woodworking, always lending a hand to others, and attending Sunday School at Chevis Oaks Baptist Church.  His most favorite thing in life, though, was spending time with his family.

Ralph was preceded in death by his beloved wife Jackie and his son Paul Cetchovich.  He was also preceded in death by his parents Emil and Elizabeth Cetchovich, his brothers Emil, Walter, and Marion Cetchovich, and his sister Emilie King.  He leaves behind his daughter Susan C. Snaza and grandchildren Gary and Grace Snaza and Ella Jo and Ruby Prine Cetchovich.

A service, officiated by Brother Gary Page, will be held graveside at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. where he will be laid to rest with his wife.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Spanish Oaks Retreat & Hospice.

GUEST BOOK

I had the opportunity to meet Uncle Ralph once at Grace and Gary’s first birthday party. I could clearly see how much he was loved and appreciated by his family. I pray that Susan, Grace and Gary will feel God’s hand of comfort and peace upon them at this time.
