I knew George from the Pickle Barrel in Killington VT. The best bartender and judge of character I have ever worked with. We lost touch after I married and got out of the alcohol business, until several years ago on facebook. I'm glad I got to share some of my extensive photo library of those days with him. Rest in Peace, Trucker, and leave your love for your family in their hearts. It's Show Time, folks!

Dear Julie & George I have no idea what to say except I am terribly sorry to hear about the passing of one of my favorite people of all time. My mentor, my boss, my big "brother" and most importantly, my pal. I learned so much from him and especially our conversations at 3am over a few beers after work in a concerted effort to solve the world's problems. We thought we did anyway. To say he was an influence and a guidance in my life would be an understatement. I loved him dearly and will miss him even more knowing we won't have a talk again. My love and prayers to you both. God bless. All my best. Lee
