Buddy & Kakie, Phil has been a long term customer and friend of mine since Elsa and Mocha were 3 months old. He was such an amazing guy. His smile lit up the room. Last Thursday, he came into Bentleys to get pet food for the babies. I was really busy and stressed and Phil probably had to wait 10 minutes for me to be able to check him out. He kept saying “It’s cool, girl. I’m in no rush. Take your time.” While smiling and laughing. It was such a pleasant experience and I’m blessed to have seen him a day before this tragedy.
