Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, John (Jack) and Margaret Landuyt and Gene and Norma Shafer. He is survived by his wife, Danielle Landuyt; his sons, Trent and Ryker Landuyt; his parents, John and Sue Landuyt, many uncles, aunts, and very close cousins.
The family will receive guests at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel on Sunday, August 23rd between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. If you would like, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to the American Diabetes Association at Home | ADA
