Jason was born in Pekin, IL. His childhood was spent living in Europe and traveling the world before settling in Omaha Nebraska to finish high school. His family moved to Savannah in 2001. He met his wife Dani in 2012 and they were married in 2015.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, John (Jack) and Margaret Landuyt and Gene and Norma Shafer. He is survived by his wife, Danielle Landuyt; his sons, Trent and Ryker Landuyt; his parents, John and Sue Landuyt, many uncles, aunts, and very close cousins.

The family will receive guests at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel on Sunday, August 23rd between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. If you would like, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to the American Diabetes Association at Home | ADA
