Passed away on May 02, 2020
Roger Jason Lord, 40, passed away peacefully at home after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of Savannah. He enjoyed music and working on cars. He will be deeply missed by his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert James Lord, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Shirley Lord Smith (Eddy), his son, Roger Jason Lord, Jr., his brothers, Robert James Lord, Jr., Eddy Smith, Jr. (Ashley), and Robert J. Smith, III (Rose), his sister, Angel Lord Moore (Henry), nephews , Christopher Miller, Jesse Lord, nieces, Heaven Lord and Katie Lord. Also surviving are his Aunt, Linda Lynch (Bobby), and several cousins.

Rodger Lord was my best friend we knew each other from high school had a lot of good times he was the best man at my wedding and the first man to help me out when she died I'm always going to miss him and wish I had a chance to talk to him before he died.
