David, no words can explain how saddened I am by this news. You have been a one of a kind friend. The friend you can laugh with, cry with, and even have a good disagreement with. I will miss our daily talks. Jabba, Jessica, Layla and Andy please know you and the rest of your family are in my heart. David, I guess this will be the last time I say this to you. Peace!

David and I went to Junior High School and senior high school together. We had many of the same close friends for quite a few years. I recently found him again (a couple years ago on Facebook) and was so happy to hear from him. We spoke as recently as this past February and had a couple laughs together again. David will be greatly missed by myself and all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

- Gail DUTHIE Miranda, No fond Du lac, WI

It was an unpleasant surprise to learn about David's passing in a Facebook post. I knew him almost 40 years and although we had our occasional disagreements on some subjects, we could always agree to disagree and move on. It's easy to take a friend for granted until they are gone. I have found myself missing our frequent conversations. Sorry our dinner plans didn't work out. Peace to you "Big Wave Dave". Hoping Debbie and you are enjoying that next life.
