MARION R. LAWYER

Marion R. Lawyer 80, died Monday, June 5, 2006 at her daughter's residence. She was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah. She retired from the Chatham County Board of Education Food Services. Mrs. Lawyer was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Lawyer Sr.

Surviving are, her daughters, Dianne L. Palliser of Savannah, Madalyn Niver of Garden City, a son, H.C. "Bud" Lawyer of Richmond Hill, a sister, Frances Marion Reese of Jacksonville, FL., grandchildren, Trey Niver, Brad Northcutt, Amanda Wilkinson and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 7, 2006 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, June 8, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with burial in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
