FREDERICK S. RAMSEY

Frederick S. Ramsey 95, died Saturday, August 19, 2006 at Savannah Square Retirement Community. He was a native and longtime resident of Auburn, New York. He had been a resident of Savannah since 1992. Mr. Ramsey was very active in the automotive industry as a salesman and owner of many dealerships throughout the Auburn, New York area. He was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church and was a mason. Mr. Ramsey was an accomplished organist and had a love for music.

Surviving are, his wife, Vernice B. Ramsey of Savannah; a son and daughter in law, Dr. John T. and Sarah Ramsey of Oak Park IL; a grandson and granddaughter in law, Dr. David and Kathryn Ramsey of Chicago, IL.

Memorial Services will be Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
