Henry Thomas Roberts, Jr.

Henry Thomas “Tommy” Roberts, Jr., 74, died Saturday September 9, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
The native and lifelong resident of Savannah was retired from Roberts and Son Masonry Contractors. His last active job was serving as the superintendent of the restoration project of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. He was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and the German Friendly Society.
He is survived by his wife, Jocelyn B. Roberts of Savannah; one daughter, Beth Roberts of Fairfax, Virginia; one son Henry Thomas Roberts III and wife Tiffany Roberts of Savannah; two sisters, Mrs. Jewell R. Bunker of Savannah and Mrs. Ida Ray R. Chapman of Valrico, Fl; three granddaughters, Whitney Roberts Chris Shuman, Aubrie Roberts, Anna Roberts all of Savannah; one great granddaughter, Abbi Shuman of Savannah
Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
