GUEST BOOK

We are so sorry that we were out of town for the funeral. Roger was an amazing man of God who inspired us to live extraordinary lives. We will be praying for you in your loss. We feel privileged to have known him.

- Barbara and William Grimm, Savannah, GA

Jeremiah 17:7-8 But blessed is the man who trust in the Lord and has made the Lord his hope and confidence. He is like a tree planted along a riverbank, with its roots reaching deep into the water-a tree not bothered by the heat nor worried by long months of drought. Its leaves stay green and it goes right on producing all its luscious fruit. We will shead many tears for Roger and his family, the tears from our left cheek will be sad ones. To try to comfort us, with the passing of such a friend and christian. The tears from our right cheek will be joyful ones knowing that Roger is home and at gods side. Roger not only touched our bodys with great care but he touched our hearts even more.Rogers kindness and joyful ways will remain in our hearts for ever. Carla and boys if ever their is a need just call for we can only try to give like your husband and farther did. Proverbs 10:7a We will all have happy memories of good men gone to their reward.

- Frank and Susan Bedell, savannah, GA

Carla, I just wanted to let you know that you and your boys have been in my thoughts and prayers over the last few days. I am so very sorry about Roger, and wish there was something I could do to help you through this time. I am so glad to hear that Lori and Tom are here, and I hope they can help. Please know that I will be so willing to do whatever, especially after those who are in town have to leave. I understand that Roger had a wonderful faith in the Lord, and I know that helps now, but I also know that it must be hard for you now without him. I'm so sorry, and I will keep you and your sons in my prayers every day. Caroline Verner and family

- caroline verner, savannah, GA

Carla, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your sons at this terrible time in your lives. Dr. Haddad was a great person and will be sadly missed by all. Sometimes God takes the prettiest flowers for his garden. If there is anything that I can do please let me know. You and Dr. Haddad were such wonderful tenants of mine for over 20 years. I will always cherish the ballpoint pen that Dr. Haddad gave me when your office moved from Whitemarsh Plaza across the street.

- Ann Caudill, Savannah, GA

Carla and boys, I was so sorry to hear that we've lost Roger. I first came into his office 21 years back and was set to see him this evening. He was, indeed, a dear friend. I'll remember him for his wisdom, his sensitivity in his own raw way, his devotion to all he touched, his integrity, his wonderful sense of humor and his great love for our May River oysters. He helped us rear our children into healthy adults, and we'll all miss him, indeed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. -- greg
