DOROTHY QUARLES HURST
Dorothy Quarles Hurst 86, died Thursday, January 18, 2007 at her home after an extended illness. She was born in Dublin, Georgia and lived in Savannah since 1935. She was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church and the Hisher Sunday School Class.
Surviving is her loving family; her husband, Earl Walker Hurst of Savannah, two sons, Edward W. Quarles, Jr. of Atlanta and Richard L. Quarles of Savannah; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2007 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 20, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with the Reverend Earnie Pirkle officiating.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
Remembrances to Bull Street Baptist Church or Hospice Savannah.
