My most sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. Death was not in God’s original purpose for mankind making this part of our life difficult to accept and painful to endure. No matter how kind words may be they just don’t take the pain away as the pain takes over our emotions. While no words can truly comfort us I have found hope in the past by relying in the words of Revelation 21:3,4 where God himself has promised to completely eliminate death. The great promise is that the last enemy death will be brought to nothing 1 Corinthians 15:26 so what hope is there for the dead Resurrection to life again Job 14:14,15
