EDWIN E. JENKINS

Edwin E. Jenkins 87, died Friday, April 13, 2007 at the Coffee Regional Hospital in Douglas, Georgia. He was a native and longtime resident of Savannah. Mr. Jenkins was a member of Robert McIntire United Methodist Church and was retired from Union Camp Corporation.

Mr. Jenkins was preceded in death by his wife, Vera U. Jenkins and his son, Gilbert K. Jenkins.

Surviving are, his daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Bobby Johnston of Broxton, Georgia, his brother, Terrell Jenkins of Atlanta, Georgia, his sister, Eleanor Bale of Nashville, Tennessee, his daughter-in-law, Joyce Jenkins of Suwanee, Georgia, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 15, 2007 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Monday, April 16, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Robert McIntire United Methodist Church with burial in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
