Just last week, as Ron and I were making plans to travel to Florida, we included a side trip to Savannah for a visit with her. I am so sorry to see that Rita and Bud have passed away. Rita and I were teachers at West Meade Elementary in Anne Arundel County, Maryland when she and I were both pregnant with our first children. Our sons played together in the late 1970's. Rita was such a special music teaher and was adored by her students. I remember that she and Bud were moving to Loveland, Ohio and then we lost track of one another. A lovely lady and mother! My heart goes out to her children and grandchildren.
