TOMMIE G. TOM McARTHUR

Tommie G. McArthur, 72, died Monday, May 21, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Mr. McArthur was a native of Ellensburg, Washington and a resident of Savannah since 1976. He was a retired from the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Army in 1976 he worked with the Civil Service until his retirement in 1997. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Hunter Golf Club.

He is survived by his wife, Misuzu McArthur, his son and daughter-in-law, Tommie W. & Becky McArthur and two grandchildren, Tommie Walter McArthur II and Savanna Marie McArthur all of Savannah.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 23, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Friday, May 25, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with burial in Beaufort National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. with Full Military Honors.
