My relationship with Billy was a professional one as a life insurance agent. What always stood out to me about Billy was his sense of fair play in business relationships and his devotion to family. He was not one to hesitate in making tough descisions and he stuck by his decisions once made. By my tiny glimpse at his life I believed it was well lived and had high priorities. I am sorry his close friends and family no longer get to feel his love and warmth. Bob Merchen

May he sustain you at this time of such great sorrow. May the wonderful memories you have of William bring you comfort during this difficult time and the words found at Isaiah 41:10,13 where God says he will help you and sustain you with his right hand of righteousness.

I am so deeply sorry to hear about Billy's passing. My family so enjoyed his humor and his candid remarks. He and Libby always made us feel welcome and we enjoyed spending time with them in Cocoa Beach. They have been so hospitable and generous, overfeeding us with delicious pepper jelly and low country boils. We also enjoyed watching him and Dewey compete to see who had the best pick-up truck and the biggest t.v. He will be deeply missed. I will be praying for all of you during this difficult time. Love, Tammy Hoffman
