Savannah – Georgia Mae Nanfria, 92, died peacefully Sunday, July 22, 2007 at her home at Savannah Commons.
She was born on August 13, 1914, in Newton County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Robert Anderson and Rosa Anderson. Mrs. Nanfria is predeceased by her loving husband of 49 years, Francesco F. Nanfria, and was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Nanfria is survived by her daughter, Gloria J. Nanfria-Skutch, her son-in-law, Janison N. Skutch, her granddaughter, Tina N. Boaen, her grandson-in-law, Jay Boaen, and two great-granddaughters, Katie and Samantha Boaen.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 25, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel, with Funeral Service immediately following at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park
Remembrances may be given to Hospice Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416.
