Isabelle G. Quinn

She was a lighthouse to all who knew her, and her memory will serve as a beacon of strength for generations.

Isabelle G. Quinn

With great affection we celebrate the life of Isabelle G. Quinn. Isabelle passed away peacefully at St. Josephs/ Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA with her children by her
side.  Born Isabelle Armstrong Gutekunst on June 7, 1934 in Montgomery County, PA., she was the daughter of Ralph and Isabelle Gutekunst of Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Isabelle attended Convent of the Sacred Heart in Overbrook, PA and Manhattanville college in Purchase, NY. Upon returning to Philadelphia, Isabelle married Harry John
Quinn Jr. on April 26, 1958. They were married for over 58 years. Isabelle was an avid reader who enjoyed lively conversation and the company of loved ones. Isabelle is
survived by her children and their spouses, Isabelle and Mark Murphy of Southborough, MA, Harry and Kelly Quinn of Savannah, GA, Michael and Julia Quinn of Ossining, NY, and Mark and Laurel Quinn of Marlboro, MA. She is also survived by her grandchildren and step-grandchildren Conor, Christina, Patrick, Meghan, Amanda, Harry John, Jay, Catherine, Lillian, Jessica and Daniel. She was a lighthouse to all who knew her, and her memory will serve as a beacon of strength for generations.
 

In lieu of flowers, her family respectfully ask that donations in Isabelle’s name be made to the American Cancer Society and Doctors Without Borders.
