Dear Pat, I was so sorry to read about Joe this morning. I recall all the good days at Blessed Sacrament and BC with him as a classmate and friend. I remember vividly our BSS basketball team and Troup 16 Scouting. He and I also shared talks about cycling on several occasions. Where did the time go Jo Jo? It seems not so long ago we were acting silly, laughing, enjoying doing nothing, enjoying being family. We were all so close, the closeness and feelings we only have for family. We also lived so close together, geographically. At one time we had five family households within a few blocks radius. 11 cousins within walking distance. What fun! Our aunts and uncles were more like parents to all of us. God Bless Them.
