JOSEPHINE JO MOSLEY

Savannah- Mrs. Josephine Jo Mosley, 88, of Savannah passed into eternal rest on November 12, 2007. She was born on May 11, 1919 in Portal, Georgia but was a lifelong resident of Savannah. She retired from Union Camp Corporation after over 30 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband, Berman F. Mosley, grandson, Thommy Mosley, lifelong friend Leon Fountain and several brothers. She was an avid gardener and will always be remembered for her Rose Garden located at her previous residence on Middleground Road.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Sandy and Tommy Odom of Savannah who were also her caregivers, her daughter and son in law, Marilyn and Mike McShane of Ludowicci, her son and daughter in law, Coy and Delores Mosley of Midway, and son Dennis Mosley of Jesup; four sisters, Janie White of Rincon, Welleen Blackston of Savannah, Welly Penninger of Marietta, Betty Smith of Jacksonville, Florida; Grandchildren: Joey & Patty Odom, Johnny & Lynn Odom, Dawn Odom, Donnie and Terry Middleton, Greg & Jill Middleton, Tammy & Tony Fleeger, Nikki Mosley, Pam & Tim Smith, Jeff & Gina Mosley and Denise & Gerald Hasty, several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her Grandsons.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 14, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Graveside Services will be Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with Reverend John Clanton officiating.

The Family will receive friends at the home of Tommy and Sandy Odom.
