Donnie and I shared many fond memories together growing up in Bacon Park. I will always remember playing baseball & football together with Mr. West coaching us. And when we were 17 years old, taking an adventure of a lifetime on an old rusted out tramp freighter out of Savannah to all parts of the Caribbean/South America. He was a special person.
