Cindy was a special kind of friend...since I moved to NC we have maintained our friendship, emailed and talked, and played KENO whenever possible, and she was my rock in August when my oldest daughter, Anna, had surgery. She was by my side throughout that terribly long day, actually going in to the surgical suite to check on Anna when the day grew long,and was with me as I went in to the recovery room. She visited me often, and then brought those precious children to visit Anna while she recovered in a hotel in Savannah! My prayers to her husband.. family and friends....She had many friends that loved and respected her......not only for her expertise in caring for her patients undergoing surgery and anesthesia......but for the smile she always shared with everyone..no matter how tired or how many long hours she had just put in. I know her to be a devoted wife and mother...but also a devoted care-giver to those undergoing surgery that depended on her to ensure their lives and their safety......may god now do the same for her and her family.....as she did for so many others.......walter and karen hale.
