GUEST BOOK

Belatedly, I condole with Lynn and Ray Suddath as well as with the rest of Leiah's family. I grew up through most of my childhood with Leiah at Calvary. Like so many others have said preceding me herein, what I remember most about her was her smile but also her happiness. Her smile and happiness now as 'angel-like Leiah' are of such radiant beauty and allure that the slightest glimpse of her would sweep we mere mortals off our feet. Leiah's SAVED! alright... ...and I say HALLELUJAH!, PRAISE BE TO YHWH! for her SALVATION via Jesus THE! Christ. It was always appropriate and applicable that she bear the name of 'EL' Michele in her name because God claimed her all along and LOVES! her with a LOVE! so INFINITE! and PURE! that even these words I write can only WEAKLY describe it. I LOVE EL! more than I love myself or Leiah; but I love 'The Butterfly' too. I carry God's name in my name like I carry my cross on my back...Michele did too. Love and never forget her, y'all...SHE LOVES YOU!

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Suddath, Words cannot express the deep sorrow that I feel for you both. I know how much Leiah meant to you. I can remember in high school how you covered for Leiah and I to go to your house on 48th St. during lunch break. Leiah was full of life. I sat this morning looking at our annual from 86' and oh how the memories of school came back to me. We were so innocent back then. Who could have ever told us what life was going to bring to us, if we knew maybe things would be different for all of us for the good. When something like this happens to someone so young it makes you sit back and think about your life and what you need to do to live right and live the way God wants us to. Just remember even though we cannot understand the pain that you are both going through you are in our thoughts and prayers. Mrs. Suddath, you helped make Calvary the school it is today and we cannot thank you enough. Thank you for being in my life and sharing Leiah with me. Terri Stafford Jones

Dear Mr.

It was a joy and a priveledge to have shared my school years at Calvary with Leiah and with you, Mrs. Suddath. I remember spending afternoons with you, Mrs. Sharpe, and Leiah in your classrooms after school while waiting for my parents to pick me up. She was a wonderful young woman, and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers today in this time of loss.

Dearest Lynn and Ray, I can only imagine the sorrow and pain you are feeling now. I find myself remembering Leiah, as my bubbly little cousin that we played with at family gatherings at Aunt Mary & Uncle Jerry's house on 51st Street, Aunt Myrtle & Uncle Jesse's, and Grandma & Granddaddy's in Brooklet. May God be with you and comfort you through these sorrowful times. I love you both. Diane
