GUEST BOOK

I just learned of Charlene's passing last night. She was a good friend of mine back in the early 1980's in Atlanta. I am going to be in Savannah next week and was trying to get in touch with her so I could plan a visit....only to find her obituary. I am devastated to hear this news.

I have such fond memories of my cousin Charlene. She taught me how to roll down STEEP hills without breaking bones, and exactly what Kudzu was. We stole chocolate together at Easter, and laughed together about it in high school. God's peace be with you.

- Joe Toher, Crofton, MD

We send our love to each of you. Our hearts are broken knowing that we have lost Charlene. She will always be in our hearts as the sweetest and kindest sister-in-law, friend, and wonderful Aunt to Meme and Christopher. She was a good friend who gave so much to her friends, and loved all of us with her radient smile. One memory of Charlene that keeps coming to mind is seeing her walk down the stairs one bright Sunday morning many years ago. She was simply just the most beautiful person inside and out, with the best laugh, and I remember her laughing that morning because she hadn't put on her makeup. She didn't need to, she was naturally beautiful. We will pray for each of you as go through the coming days and weeks with this great loss in your lives. We will miss her so much. We send our love.
