Aunt Georgie meant the world to me and my family. I talked to her often on the phone. She was not only my aunt but my friend and prayer partner. She was an inspiration to us. I'll always remember how she like to sing in the choir and now she is singing in the heavenly choir. Ya'll are in our thoughts and prayers.

- Jan Sauls and family, Statesboro, GA

There are so many things that Aunt Georgie taught me—it would be impossible to list them all. The two I treasure most, she fostered my love of reading and she taught me to always, ALWAYS find the good in people. I am a better person because of her. My earliest memories are of her humming or singing hymns as she went about her daily chores. She was always there to lend a hand to her family, friends, and church. My dearest and heartfelt prayer is that when she was greeted by her loved ones the ones that have gone on before--Hazel, Lottie, Tim, JR, Dessie, Marion, Bobby, and Nell that she wept tears of joy at seeing them all again, and was comforted by their embrace. Godspeed Aunt Georgie--we will miss you for the rest of our lives.
