SAVANNAH – Marvin L. Kawamoto, age 26, died Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at Candler Hospital after an extended illness.
The Ft. Huachuca, AZ native lived for many years in Japan, Korea and Massachusetts before moving to Savannah in 2001. He was a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University and was a Sales Director for Verizon Wireless.
Surviving are his mother, Donna Kim Boyd and her husband, Wayne Boyd of Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
The family received friends on Saturday from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel followed by a Funeral Service at 6:00 pm.
Interment will be in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
