FRANCES CATHERINE DUBBERLY
Frances Catherine Dubberly 89, died Sunday, December 7, 2008 in Savannah.
Mrs. Dubberly was a native of Cuthbert, Georgia and a longtime resident of Savannah. She was a former member and secretary of South Gardens Baptist Church for 27 years and presently a member of Southside Baptist Church. Mrs. Dubberly was a member of the WMU, an assistant Sunday school teacher and was very active in all church activities at Southside Baptist. Mrs. Dubberly graduated Salutatorian from Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff D. Dubberly and her daughter, Sandra Lee Kicklighter.
Surviving are her daughters, Martha Ann Sigler and husband Robert C. of Savannah, Sharon Galipeau and husband Richard of Grand Prairie, Texas; her grandchildren, Steven Kicklighter, David Kicklighter, Anyta Borland, Robert Sigler, Carol Duncan, Rebekah Sigler, Col. Douglas Galipeau, Sgt. Mark Galipeau, Angela Galipeau, twenty great grandchildren, one great grandchild and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 9, 2008 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church with Dr. Allan Bosson and David Kicklighter officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
