Celebrating the life of
Thomas Wade Allen
January 06, 1928 - January 09, 2009
Wade Allen was my husband's uncle, but from the moment I met him, he became my 'southern father.' He was a wonderful, quirky, generous man who loved the Lord, his wife, his church, and his community. I miss him more than I can say. I will always treasure my memories of Wade and Betty, and know they are together in Heaven. I look forward to seeing them again some day.
- Sandy Scott, Hixson, TN
On behalf of the Rotary Club of Savannah, I want to extend my deepest sympathies regarding this loss yet rejoice over Wade's life of service. He was a great Rotarian of 38 years and friend.
- David Rosenblum, Savannah, GA
We will be out of town and unable to attend the visitation. Betty and Wade were wonderful friends and good, good people. We will miss them!
- Richard & Marian Stables, Savannah, GA
We just learned today of the passing of Wade. More shocking was to learn of Betty's passing before Him. We moved out of town in 1999, and had lost touch with them. We were next door neighbors of the Allens for 30 years. They were very good Neighbors. We feel so sad of their passing. Everett & Evelyn Jennings

Here's to a life well lived.
