Savannah - Beatrice Bailey Foster, 84, died February 28, 2009 at Memorial University Medical Center. Mrs. Foster moved to Savannah in 1976 and also lived on Tybee Island until 1999. She was retired from T.S. Chu after twenty six years.

Surviving are her husband of sixty five years, Homer Foster of Savannah; daughter, Linda Heath of Savannah; son and daughter-in-law, Randy L. and Alice Foster of Augusta; sisters, Pansy Cash of Knoxville, TN; Annabelle Wompler of Mineral, VA; Gladys Ledford of Knoxville, TN; ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.

Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in the Hodgson Chapel of Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors.

Burial: Private.
