My Mom called to tell me the sad news of Mr. Brown's passing and I wanted to let you know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Mr. Brown was such an important part of M&M and I remember him very fondly. Whether he was up at the front of the store or in the back, in the meat department with his white apron on, he was always a strong and solid presence, with a smile, a kind word, and a gentleness that I remember feeling as a child. My condolences and love to all the family, Tovah

Mr. Brown was friends of my family years ago and he gave me my first job at M&M. To me, he was 'Mr Brown' and always took an interest and always gave me a half-hug when he saw me at the store. While working there I didn't realize how 'important' he was in the organization of M&M because he was always 'Mr. Brown' the nicest guy in the world. I kept the M&M job for the years of high school and a following year of college. Mr Brown always kept me on his radar and I'll never forget him buying me a great pair of Nike's for HS graduation. There have been few people that have touched my life in many ways and made an impression on my life as Mr Brown. He was impeccable in the way he dressed, carried himself and how he treated others. He was a gentleman that I will always remember and your family is so lucky to have had. I cant say enough about how I loved the man. Christopher Morris Savannah, GA
