My thoughts are with you as you celebrate the life of George Smith. I worked at M&M Super Markets for almost ten years and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Smith. He was a kind and dedicated man that I know will be dearly missed.

Our sincere and heartfelt condolences go out to Sylvia and Timothy. George is now rejoicing with the Lord he so faithfully served. May it be a great comfort to you to know that B.J. and our Robbie were there to welcome him into Heaven.

There isn't enough time or space here to share all of my feelings about Brother George, but to Sylvia, Tim, and Karen just know that I loved him, and you. He was a great friend and mentor to me, and my family and I were blessed to know him. Herbert

Our heart is broken at the world's loss. Tim, your dad was so special to us. He served the Lord in such a mighty way. When our son was in Iraq, Mr. George came to our church as a Gideon speaker...he made sure that he gave us a military bible to send to John. It became John's prize possession and he passed it on to another solider when he was ready to fly home. There is no telling how many lives that one small Bible has now touched...I know that it touched ours. We love you and we cherish the thought that some day we will see Brother George in Glory.

- John and Karen Burroughs, Bloomingdale, GA

Sylvia, My sympathy to you and Tim and Karen. I know how much George will be missed by all. He was a great influence in my and Nolen's life and I can see the two of them in Heaven praising the Lord. My prayers are with you as you enter a new phase of life without him with you, but he will always be in your hearts and others. Love, Shirley

- Shirley Seckinger, Tallmadge, OH

My heart goes out to you Sylvia - you both mean alot to me. Tell Timothy I still have the rose in water he gave me when I worked at Morningside. I was lost when I lost James four years ago so I know how you feel May God bless you all. Love Vera
