Nell, as I knew her was one of my roommates at the University of GA. She had a sparkling personality. She was always smiling and she was a real head turner, a real sweetheart. I found this memorial when I was planning a trip to Savannah and I wanted to find her, such a loss.

The worst day I ever had at school was summer of '97. It was summer school and I was set to give the substitute teacher every manner of trouble I could. Then she walked in the door and wrote her name on the board... Ms. Lee. I knew my fun was trashed for you see one of the best substitute teachers I ever had was... my cousin. Rest in peace Nell. ~ Nicole Robarge , Les and Tres

Nell was always upbeat and ready for what life dealt her. I met her and we became friends when I lived in Savannah from 1981-1984. I loved her infectious laugh. She was always ready to have a good time. We went to Tybee beach alot. I will always remember her and will miss her stong spirit.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.

Nell was a beautiful, bright and special person. I met her in college at Armstrong. I remember the day she walked in a history class and I admired her natural beauty. We became closer friends while living in the downtown area in the 70's. Our paths crossed in later years when my parents where diagnosed with cancer and we would visit during office visits. She fought a courageous battle with dignity. I will miss her. My sympathy to her parents and extended family.
