Timothy Patrick Evans
SAVANNAH – Timothy Patrick Evans, 51, died Thursday, May 14, 2009 at his home. The Savannah native was a 1975 graduate of Benedictine Military School and graduated from Georgia Southern College in 1980.
He was past President of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Pat was Operations Manager for Hallmark Homes of Savannah and was past Executive Vice-President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Winifred Evans.
Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Carol Carter Evans of Savannah; his son, Timothy David Evans of Savannah; his sister, Anne Terry Hill and brothers Joseph Cindy Evans and David Evans; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2009, at St. James Catholic Church.
Interment will follow in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
The family suggests that any remembrances be made to Benedictine Military School, 6502 Seawright Dr., Savannah, GA 31406.
