GUEST BOOK

Although Jack had retired prior to my arrival at FOPU, He was a frequent visitor and highly respected retiree. His leadership was readily evident in the way the outstanding maintenance continued even after his retirement. Dan Brown Superintendent 1983-1989

I was honored to work with Jack during my assignment at Fort Pulaski in the 1970s and 80s. He was a real gentleman, a leader and teacher with an unsurpassed work ethic, and a wonderful sense of humor. All who met Jack came away better for it. He leaves behind a great legacy to his family and the National Park Service and many fine and lasting memories to those who knew him. May God bring you comfort, support and peace at this difficult time.
