Beverly Elaine Myers
Savannah- Beverly Elaine Myers, 62, died Friday, September 11, 2009 at Hospice Savannah, Inc.
She was a native of Jackson Michigan but considered Savannah her home. She and her husband, Thomas Myers spent their later years traveling and spending time together. Beverly was past president of F.O.E. #4379 in Savannah and St. Mary's, a member of Women of the Moose for over 30 years, American Legion Auxiliary Post 36, Savannah Shag Club and a communicant of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Connie Vandervelde of Virginia Beach, VA; son, Chris Myers and his wife, Tina of Savannah; grandchildren, Nicholas Disselkoen, Kirby Ellerbroek, Megan Porter and her husband, Anthony, Chad Castro, Camden Myers, and Claire Myers; great-grandson, Austen Bosch, and brother, Donald Beagle and his wife Meredith.
Visitation: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 13, 2009 at the Islands Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors.
Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 14, 2009 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
