Dear Heather, Chris, and Lynette: I worked with Lynette several years ago at AJ & C Garfunkel and was fortunate to have met Wesley on many occasions. He would come to the office and stay with Lynette and it was always a highlight of my day when he was there. He was always happy, curious, and full of energy. Wesley was a sweet, beautiful boy with a great smile and a wonderful personality. I just found out about his passing today, and am sorry I was unable to attend his service. I am truly sorry for your loss, but please know that the people he touched are better for having met Wesley. My thoughts are with you and your entire family.

I am so terribly saddened by the loss of your beautiful, adorable, and amazing little boy. My heart, along with the hearts of so many others, goes out to you. Wesley received all that was possible to him, with no stone unturned, because of your great love and devotion to him. In the words of the poet, Tagore: 'A death is not the extingquishing of a light, but the putting out of the lamp because the dawn has come.'
