Savannah - Jacob Leonard Hendrix, 85, died January 19, 2010.
Jacob Hendrix was born February 19, 1924 in Statesboro, GA. He was a longtime member and Deacon of Immanuel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of Christine Hendrix, three children, Lance Hendrix, Lavan Hendrix and Diane Lewis; four grandsons, three granddaughters and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 22, 2010 at Immanuel Baptist Church.
Burial: Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
