Ellen was my Transoft Support person when I worked with L&B Computers many years ago. She was always friendly and upbeat, and an excellent problem solver. She helped , in no small way, to make me successful in my career. She was a pleasure to work with. I am very saddened to belatedly hear of her passing.

I first got to know Ellen as a colleague at Transoft and my first memories are of her as an exceptional customer services manager. She always took care of the customers but also looked after her team. She was very smart and she could understand and convey all the technical aspects of the problems. When she moved to England, I got to know her personally and found out how warm and caring she was, and above all fun-loving.
