Louise Mayhew, died Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Buckingham South. She was a native of Savannah. She and her twin sister Carol were in the first graduating class of Armstrong Junior College. She was a past President of the AASU Alumni Board. Louise was an officer and director of Minis and Co. and Carson Products Co., retiring in 1983.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple and the Rachel Barean Sunday School Class. She was also a former member of the Pilot Club, having held various offices in the club.
Louise is survived by her nephew and his wife, Raymond and Ellen Murray, of Savannah. Her parents, twin sister, two other sisters, and brother, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday May 28, 2010 at Bonaventure Cemetery.
