Richard Conner Walker
November 24, 1917 - May 30, 2010
Savannah- Richard Conner Walker, 92, died Sunday, May 30, 2010.
Mr. Walker was a native of Muskegon, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was awarded the Purple Heart. Working as a manufacture's representative for many years in the electronic industry, he was able to travel the world extensively. He moved to Savannah thirty years ago and was able to pursue his love of golf. Mr. Walker was a member of the Landings Club and St. Peter's Episcopal Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Harrigan and Florence Conner Walker and his wife, Marguerite Hall Walker.
Survivors include his dear friend, Ruth Owens of Savannah, numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church on Skidaway Island.

We will cherish the happy memories of the times we shared with them. We will also keep them both in our prayers.
