Harry C. Burnett, III

Harry Burnett, 63, of Tampa, Florida passed away June 12, 2010 after a long illness.

Harry was born September 26, 1946 to Harry C. Burnett Jr. and Marjorie Brown Burnett. He was a native of Winter Haven, Florida and spent the majority of his life in Savannah, Georgia. He was a graduate of Winter Haven High School prior to serving in the U.S. Army Reserves. Harry was an avid sports fan and enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his lifelong friend and wife, Linda Brennan Burnett; three children, Copie Burnett Stephanie, Pamela Wall Talmadge and Shawnette Moll Travis; sister, Patty Manning Jerry; four grandchildren, Harrison Burnett, Gracesyn Moll, Payton Burnett and Nolan Wall as well as numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Sacred Heart Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral services.

Burial will take place at the Catholic Cemetery.
